1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns, replacements, or exchanges strictly under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Leaking Items: The item was damaged, broken, or leaking during courier transit.
• Incorrect Product Delivered: You received a different product than what was specified in your order confirmation.
• Missing Items: An item listed on your invoice was missing from the parcel upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and personal hygiene standards:

• Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Change-of-mind requests after dispatch or delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional discounts are final sale unless damaged during delivery.

2. Timeline & Unboxing Video Requirement

To report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item:

1. Notice Period: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery from the courier.
2. Proof of Damage / Unboxing Video: To process claims smoothly, we strongly advise customers to record a short unboxing video when opening the sealed parcel. Photo/video evidence showing the damaged container or incorrect item must be provided via WhatsApp or email.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your order qualifies under Section 1, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Reach out to us via email at info@herbsbywish.com or message our WhatsApp Support at [Your WhatsApp Number].
2. Provide Order Information: Share your Order ID, full name, phone number, and clear photos/videos of the parcel, courier label, and product condition.
3. Verification: Our Quality Assurance team will verify your claim in 2 days.
4. Item Pickup / Dispatch:
   • Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement item at no additional shipping charge.
   • If required, we will coordinate with our courier partner to arrange a reverse parcel pickup from your address.

4. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Replacements First: If an item is damaged or incorrect, our standard policy is to dispatch a free replacement immediately, after verification from our Quality Assurance team.
• Monetary Refunds: If a replacement item is out of stock or unavailable, a monetary refund will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after verifying the return claim or receiving the returned item.
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item dispatched).

5. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is handed over to the courier company. To cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been booked and dispatched with the courier service, it cannot be canceled. Refusing to accept a delivered “Cash on Delivery” parcel without valid grounds damages seller operations and may result in your address being flagged against future COD orders by the Courier as well as Herbs By Wish.
